I find the problem behind the problem.

Websites and digital systems for startups and purpose-driven teams.

A small team of specialists came to me with a real idea, an AI system to help them keep pace with far more than a few people could ever hold in their heads.

The hard part wasn't the build. It was making sure the system never replaced their judgment, only extended it. Every output still runs back through the person who knows the field.

The AI does the heavy lifting. The judgment stays human.

That's the problem behind the problem. It's there in almost every engagement, once you know to look for it.

A team of retired solicitors and welfare specialists asked me for a new website. Between them, decades of casework helping people get the entitlements they were owed.

What they actually had was deep expertise sitting in files and memory, with no system behind it. No way to book a consultation, no calendar, nothing that ran without one of them holding it together by hand.

A new website wasn't the fix. A system that could carry their expertise forward was.

I choose my clients carefully. If the work doesn't do real good for people, animals, or the planet, I'm not the right person for it.

Tell me what's not working.
